Important Things to Consider Before you Begin your Project

Hiring a remodeler is a scary proposition.  You are trusting a stranger to be responsible for renovating your house to the highest standards and having them act as a custodian of your money, ensuring that purchases are wisely made and sub-contractors are carefully considered.

When Del Sol Builders Inc. is hired, we begin the process by evaluating the scope of the project and provide our clients with an in-depth, comprehensive and understandable contract.  We believe that we are part of a team with our customer our top priority.  We offer a dedicated staff of highly skilled craftsmen and a select group of only the best sub-contractors.  Every project regardless of its size is met with the highest of attention to detail and standards.

We welcome our clients to be as much or as little of the process as the wish.  Regular weekly meetings are held at the job-site where all issues of money, schedule, conflicts and problems are openly discussed.  Owners, architects, the builder and sub-contractors are encouraged to be at these meetings.  This keeps everyone informed and maintains a professional level of accountability to see that the job progresses on time and on budget.
